When you request a consultation, I collect:

• Your name and email address, and your phone number if you give one
• Your athlete's age and the level they play
• Who is filling out the form, and why you're reaching out
• Your best times for a call and any message you write

When you send a question from the About page, I collect your name, email, your athlete's age if you give it, and your message.

Like most websites, the server that runs this site also keeps basic technical records, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. I use these to keep the site running and to block spam.

This site has no family accounts, no ads, and no analytics or tracking cookies. The only cookie it uses is a sign-in cookie for the private page I use to read requests. Visitors never receive it.

I use your information to reply to you, set up a consultation call, decide together whether the mentorship is a good fit, and, if you enroll, send invoices and run the mentorship. I also use it to keep this site secure.

I don't sell your information, and I don't share it for advertising.

I use a few services to run this site. They handle your information only to provide that service:

• Railway hosts the site and stores the information you submit.
• Resend sends me an email each time someone submits a form.
• Square handles invoices and payments if you enroll. Payments are not taken on this website.

I may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.

This site is for parents and guardians. I don't knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If your athlete is under 13, please have a parent or guardian fill out the forms.

If you believe a child has sent me information without a parent's knowledge, contact me and I'll delete it.

I keep requests for as long as I need them to reply and, if you enroll, to run the mentorship and keep business records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time, except anything I'm required to keep.

This site uses an encrypted connection (https), and the page where I read requests requires a sign-in. No website can promise perfect security, but I take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

You can ask me what I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. If I email or text you, you can tell me to stop at any time. Contact me using the details below.

If I change this policy, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
